Time to Dig Out The Flannel…

Thursday, January 1st, 1970

It was a balmy 8C this morning when we got up. EIGHT DEGREES CELSIUS. That’s what, about 40-something F?

Yes, you read that correctly. I had to put a sweater on top of my jammies.

It looks like our summer might be dwindling already. The week’s forecast is showing highs only in the low 20s Celsius — barely over 70F. I don’t know why I own so many tank tops and sundresses if I can barely get to wear any of them throughout the summer, but oh, well. Such is life, I suppose.

And to be honest, I like the cooler temperatures. I wilt like the proverbial flower when the temperature and humidity start peaking. (Those who saw me in Hotlanta will be able to concur… :D )

Anyway. I’veĀ  got a list of things to do right now, so I’d best be off. Will pop back soon to fill you in on the excitement of my so-called life… :)

No Restraining Order, Please!

It’s not creepy stalking-type behaviour to…

…have friends discreetly (or not!) inquire through other friends about a very good-looking guy’s details…

…learn about a specific event and location where Mr. Good Looking is reported to make an appearance…

…make plans to dress up, attend said event and accidentally-on-purpose “bump into” him.

That’s not so wrong, is it??

Please tell me it’s not wrong. Because I’m going to do it anyway. :D

(I don’t know when this will actually take place. I know the event and the location, but not the date. I don’t think it’s too soon, though. Hopefully not during the week of the 21st when I’m on vacation….)
